Research Interests
My work focuses on utilizing single-nucleus multiome (snRNAseq + snATACseq) data from skeletal muscle to understand how gene regulation affects complex metabolic and cardiovascular diseases. I have also worked with Massively Parallel Reporter Assay data to understand context-specificity of pancreatic islet transcription start sites.
