Clinical Trials | Rogel and Blondy Center for Pancreatic Cancer
Translating discovery to improve patient outcome
What are clinical trials?
A clinical trial is a research study that helps us learn about new ways to prevent, find and treat cancer. The knowledge we gain from clinical trials can help improve the quality of cancer care over time. Today, thanks to patients who volunteered for studies, we have a range of treatments that can cure or delay the progression of cancer for many years.
Researchers at the Rogel and Blondy Center for Pancreatic Cancer work together to advance laboratory discoveries into clinical trials. Numerous clinical trials testing potential new approaches are available.
In addition, the Rogel and Blondy Center is part of Precision Promise, a network of 20 U.S. sites offering and evaluating multiple innovative options for metastatic pancreatic cancer.
