Elizabeth Harry, MD, SFHM

Director, Academic Program

Dr. Elizabeth Harry, former Senior Medical Director of Well-being at UCHealth and Assistant Dean of Faculty Well-being at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, has been appointed as the Chief Wellness Officer (CWO) for Michigan Medicine, effective November 1, 2023. With expertise in clinician well-being, Dr. Harry will lead the Michigan Medicine Wellness Office, focusing on elevating the well-being of individuals and groups across the Medical School and U-M Health. She is a national expert on cognitive load, burnout, and well-being, and has delivered over 40 lectures on these topics. Dr. Harry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Biology from Santa Clara University, as well as a medical degree and completed residency training in Internal Medicine at the University of Colorado.
