    Sara Margosian received her medical degree from Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine and completed Family Medicine residency and Geriatric Medicine fellowship at the University of Michigan. Her clinical responsibilities include geriatric primary care clinic at the EAA and WAA medical centers, inpatient care on the Acute Care of Elders unit, and rounding with the fellows on the long-term care teaching service.

    Clinical interests include geriatrics, patient and family-centered care, post-acute and long-term care, obesity and lifestyle medicine, and integrative medicine with a focus on whole-person wellness.

    Research interests include obesity and lifestyle medicine, geriatric medicine and medical education, and quality improvement and deprescribing in the long-term care setting.
