About
Dr. Bilek is a board-certified Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry. She is the Child Clinical Psychology Lead and the training director of the Clinical Child Postdoctoral Program for Psychiatry. Dr. Bilek is also an attending psychologist in the Child OCD and Anxiety Disorders Program. Dr. Bilek's research, clinical, and educational focus is dedicated to improving access to effective treatments for youth anxiety, obsessive compulsive, and related disorders.
Dr. Bilek is the PI of the ACCESS (Advancing Community competency in exposure skills and strategies) Lab. The mission of the ACCESS lab is is to offer effective ERP training so every mental health provider feels confident delivering this proven treatment for anxiety—helping patients, families, and clinicians build resilience, confidence, and more joyful lives.
