About
I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Learning Health Sciences. As a researcher and educator in biomedical informatics, implementation science, and human-centered design, I work on understanding how to support healthcare professional learning and clinical quality improvement through coaching and appreciation feedback via large-scale digital interventions. I have a PhD in Biomedical Informatics and a Masters of Library and Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
