Research Interests
Our current work is focused on interrogating the requirements for 'GGAA' microsatellites to take on enhancer functions in ETV6-alterred B-ALL and identifying important cancer-promoting genes regulated by 'GGAA' microsatellites through high-throughput CRISPRi screening.
