PhD Student
Research Interests
One of my main projects is to gain a deeper understanding of the protective immune mechanisms to aid vaccine design. Work on the ImmPort project involves the standardization of data via ontologies to help aid the use of SQL queries to help understand the immune system response to vaccines via differential gene expression.
