Drew earned a BS in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from the University of Michigan in 2023. He researched p53 as a transcription factor for B4GALT1 in lung adenocarcinoma with Dr. Wang. Now, as a graduate student in the Shah and Lyssiotis Labs, he studies the metabolic roles of ER-mitochondria contact sites (ERMCS) in cancer, focusing on their regulation in tumor settings.
