Jake is a research specialist and human factors consultant for healthcare quality improvement and patient safety, as well as medical product design. He has spent the last 20 years in academic and applied healthcare human factors. His work at the University of Michigan has previously included Continuous Improvement Specialist for the Cardiovascular and Neurosciences Programs and as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Learning Health Sciences at the University of Michigan Medical School.
