I earned my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Queen’s University, where my undergraduate thesis explored the use of experience sampling methods in sport psychology. I am now pursuing my master's degree in biomedical and molecular science at Queen’s University. My research will be focusing on how circadian rhythms influence pain in individuals living with Multiple Sclerosis. In my free time, I enjoy going to concerts and traveling!
