He also served as a Policy Fellow at the Los Angeles Mayor’s Office, advancing initiatives to improve public services.

There are strong public expectations for transparency and control over artificial intelligence (AI) use in healthcare settings. A clear majority of U.S. adults want either to provide explicit permission (45-54%) or at least be notified (32-39%) before AI tools are used in their care, whether for clinical decision-making, routine documentation, or administrative functions.
