Outreach

A large group of older adults seated in a community room, smiling and raising their arms together in an exercise or group activity. Some people use walkers or mobility aids. The atmosphere appears lively and engaged. The room has large windows, fluorescent lighting, and blue chairs arranged in rows.

Community Programs

Community Programs are provided through the Geriatrics Center Social Work and Community Programs. The goal of the Social Work & Community Programs is to help people achieve the highest well-being, leading healthy, active, enriched lives. Our team of geriatric social workers and other professionals offers a wide range of support and services, not only to Geriatrics Center Clinics patients and their families, but to our community’s older adults. We have long believed that good health for older adults must be broad in scope, addressing one’s physical, social and emotional well-being.
