Making Head and Neck Cancer Treatment Higher Quality at a Lower Cost

Dr. Yalamanchi studies value-based care delivery in head and neck oncology. Her research interests include

  1. Time-driven activity-based costing methodology in complex surgical care and
  2. Cost and quality measurement and large-scale quality improvement interventions in head and neck cancer diagnostic workup and ongoing surveillance. 

She is also interested in financial toxicity and individualized decision support in head and neck cancer treatment.
