The Nucleic Acid Therapeutics Core (NATx Core) is a cross-campus platform for the design, synthesis, and testing of gene-targeted nucleic acid modulators. Our mission is to accelerate precision medicine by making cutting-edge tools and providing expertise to every investigator—and every patient—who needs them. From rare genetic disorders to more common diseases, we aim to reduce barriers, foster collaboration, and make Michigan a national leader in nucleic acid–based therapy development.
