Educational Opportunities with the MI-AORTA program
Seminar Series
The Michigan Medicine, MI-AORTA program, hosts a monthly Seminar Series for one hour of educational credit to attendees, related to aortic disease. The goal of the seminar series is for attendees to gain extensive expertise in understanding and treating thoracic and abdominal aortic aneurysms, aortic dissection, and other pathologies through case study presentations, didactic lectures, and collaboration. Attendees are a multi-disciplinary group that encompasses faculty and staff from Cardiac Imaging, Cardiac Surgery, Cardiovascular Medicine, Interventional Radiology, Medical Genetics and Vascular Surgery.
MI-AORTA brings out renowned speakers from institutions around the world to share research, insight, and expertise on cutting edge topics and patient cases.
Our Seminar Series runs September through June. Sessions are from 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM on the third Friday of each month. If you're interested in attending these, please email [email protected].
