4D Nucleome

4D nucleome research analyzes the 3D spatial organization of DNA, RNA, and protein in the nucleus of cells, over time (4D). This research yields further insights into the interactions among these components and how they influence various cellular behaviors, including regulation processes along the DNA-RNA-protein production chain.  

This research answers foundational questions toward a better understanding of normal and dysfunctional biological processes that lead to diseases, at the cellular level. 

This research overlaps with the study of Genomics, regulatory genomics and epigenomics and of the Application to complex genetic diseases
