For Individuals, Caregivers and Community Organizations
Do you feel like you’re jumping through hoops to find the right support resources? We are here to help. If you would like to connect with researchers, strategize on outreach, or simply find the answers to your more pressing questions, call or email us, and we will get back to you.
We host monthly virtual office hours for trainees, researchers, and other key stakeholders to provide a transparent and accessible process for individuals to connect with and ask questions to U-M CDHW investigators. If you would like to participate, please email Beth Rivard.
Funded by our AHEAD-DC and RAPid grants, Disability Health Resources provides trusted information, tools, and resources to support the health and well-being of people with disabilities.
The website features a variety of resources, including the Disability Data Dashboard, information on healthy aging and disability, guides for using Electronic Health Records and MiChart, educational materials, and links to programs and organizations that can help individuals, families, caregivers, and professionals.
Our goal is to make disability health information easy to find, understand, and use.
