The University of Michigan's Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMR) and the University of Michigan Center for Disability Health and Wellness (CDHW) is seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team!
At CDHW, we work to advance the health and well-being of people with disabilities through research, education, community engagement, and collaboration. We are looking for individuals who share our commitment to improving health care access, quality, and outcomes for people with disabilities.
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Support clinical research activities focused on spinal cord injury and disability, including research coordination, data collection, and participant engagement.
Research Area Specialist Lead/Senior Underfill (Term-Limited)
Support and coordinate research projects, including research operations, project management, and compliance activities.
Knowledge Translation Lead (Underfill Senior, Term-Limited)
Help translate research findings into accessible, meaningful information through communications, knowledge-sharing strategies, and community engagement.
Our monthly meetings are currently paused and will resume at a later date.
Our monthly meetings are typically held on the 3rd Monday of the month from 9–10 a.m. via Zoom. For the Zoom link please email [email protected]. These meetings are open to anyone with an interest in disability research. You do not have to be affiliated with University of Michigan or Michigan Medicine to participate. If you are interested in presenting at a monthly meeting about your project or mission, please fill out this speaker interest form.
