Applications are being considered for a full-time, tenure-track position in the Kresge Hearing Research Institute and the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, University of Michigan School of Medicine. The successful candidate will hold a Ph.D., MD, or MD/Ph.D. degree and have research interests relevant to auditory and vestibular function broadly defined, including the development, function, and pathologies of the auditory and vestibular systems, from peripheral to central. Candidates performing research in the auditory and/or vestibular periphery are encouraged to apply. The faculty position is within the vibrant and highly interactive research environment of the Kresge Hearing Research Institute. The Institute is affiliated with the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and resides within the very strong and collegial research community of the University of Michigan. We seek exceptional scientists to establish vigorous independent research programs, form productive collaborations, and promote the translation of their research in a diverse and inclusive environment.
