OUR MISSION

CHHASSEM is in the process of strategic planning. CHHASSEM's current mission statement is:
1. To use interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary approaches to improve health, and make healthcare practice, policy, and work more just, equitable, and humane.
2. To “de-marginalize” approaches and disciplines currently thought of as “soft” parts of medicine, so that they come to be understood as central and essential.
