Membership Criteria

CHHASSEM welcomes investigators with research interests that align with the Center's mission to: 

1. Use interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary approaches to improve health, and make healthcare practice, policy, and work more just, equitable, and humane.

2. To “de-marginalize” approaches and disciplines currently thought of as “soft” parts of medicine, so that they come to be understood as central and essential.

Your application will be reviewed by CHHASSEM leadership on a rolling basis. Notification of your application status will typically be made within 30 days of application.

Upon approval of membership, a member of CHHASSEM's administrative team will contact you and provide steps to set up your CHHASSEM website profile in Michigan Experts.
