Lena H. Nichols is a retired Ford Motor Co. employee who worked for 29 years, accepting a special early retirement. After her retirement, she worked for 29 years at Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home, a family-owned business. 

Nichols has an Associate's Degree, is a Piney Woods Country Life School graduate, has volunteered at Henry Ford Hospital for seventeen years, is active in the local homeowners association, and is a Deacon in her church. Lena has been in our Memory and Aging Project study for five years.
