About Kyle Conway

Dr. Kyle Conway is an associate professor of neuropathology in the U-M Department of Pathology. He received his MD from the University of California – San Diego School of Medicine in 2016 and completed his combined residency and fellowship in anatomic pathology and neuropathology at U-M in 2020. Prior to his career in medicine, Kyle received his JD from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2008 and practiced law for several years, including judicial clerkships with the Minnesota Court of Appeals and Wisconsin Supreme Court. His clinical service includes surgical neuropathology, nerve and muscle pathology, and participation in the neuropathology core of the Michigan Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center (ADRC). His academic interests include cerebrovascular disease, inflammatory myopathies, and movement disorders, with a particular interest in the ethical and medicolegal aspects of pathology.
