Analysis of gene regulation & locus-specific DNA & histone modifications

The Epigenetics and Epigenomics Developing Shared Resource provides expertise & services for analysis of gene regulation for genome-wide (epigenomics) & locus-specific (epigenetics) studies in tumors and cancer tissues for DNA & histone modifications and chromatin accessibility/conformation.

Service Highlights

  • Nuclei isolation from cells & tissues for bulk & single-cell assays
  • Bulk ChIP- Seq & ATAC-Seq on cells or tissues (flash frozen, OCT)
  • Single nucleotide resolution of DNA methylation via eRRBS or WGBS
  • DNA hydroxymethylation
  • Bisulfite conversion for Illumina MethylationEPIC array
  • Bioinformatics for study design and post-procedure analysis
