Curriculum
Our practicum program is a member of North American Association of Practicum Sites in Neuropsychology (NAPSN) and is designed to prepare students for clinical internships in clinical neuropsychology. As such, our program adheres to NAPSN's currently adopted training guidelines.
Training includes participation in weekly case conferences and group supervision as well as our weekly didactics series. Our didactics series includes two hours of pedagogical content—one hour focused on neuropsychology and the other on rehabilitation psychology.
Current Fellows
Meet our current fellows across specialties, training to be future leaders in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
Clinical Rotations
Our practicum students are engaged primarily in neuropsychological testing, including test administration, scoring, and writing of clinical behavioral observations. As practicum students advance in our program, most participate in additional aspects of the neuropsychological evaluation including clinical interviewing, writing neuropsychological reports, and/or provision of feedback to patients.
For interested students, additional opportunities in our psychotherapy or multidisciplinary clinics, and on our inpatient service, may be available.
