Spinal Cord Injury Fellowship
The ACGME-accredited Spinal Cord Injury Medicine Fellowship at the U-M Medical School Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation prepares fellows for board certification and advanced clinical practice.
This one-year program offers comprehensive training in both traumatic and non-traumatic SCI, including cancer-related cases through our growing Cancer Rehabilitation Program.
Fellows gain expertise in managing SCI complications such as spasticity, pain, urologic issues, and more—while also engaging in research, rehab technology, and behavioral strategies.
