Flow Cytometry Software

The Flow Cytometry Core manages the U-M license for DeNovo Software’s FCS Express Flow Cytometry Analysis software. 

• FCS Express annual licenses can be purchased directly from the Core.
• This software may be installed on all of the lab computers with a single concurrent user.
• The software is available in two formats depending upon whether you need advanced cell cycle analysis capabilities.

Annual licenses for Flow Jo software from BD Biosciences can be purchased through the university. However, the Core is not directly involved in their sale or distribution. The software license is limited to a single CPU. Users who prefer FlowJo should contact Health Information Technology & Services (HITS) to discuss their licensing program.
