The Emergency Department sees more than 70,000 patient visits per year. Clinical Care

Our Emergency Radiology faculty are fellowship-trained radiologists who specialize in recognizing acute traumatic and non-traumatic pathology in children and adults. Our faculty have published peer-reviewed papers and book chapters, presented numerous award-winning exhibits, and given national and international lectures on a wide-range of topics in emergency radiology.

We collaborate on clinical, quality, and research endeavors within the radiology department and with our colleagues in Emergency Medicine and Acute Care Surgery in order to advance our understanding of radiology and medicine, improve quality and safety, and ensure best possible patient care.
