The Caswell Diabetes Institute provides leadership, coordination, and resources to enhance diabetes-related clinical care, research, and education at the University of Michigan.

The goal of the Caswell Diabetes Institute is to provide transformative diabetes care integrated with clinical research and coordinating informatics infrastructure to support the clinical care and research missions of the University of Michigan. The Caswell Diabetes Institute is also committed to the training and mentorship of trainees, faculty, and staff dedicated to the treatment of and research in diabetes and related disorders.
